Pinyan Alabaster specializes in natural Spanish alabaster products, including alabaster lighting, decorative products, custom designs, OEM production, and project-based solutions. Because alabaster is a natural stone, variations in color, veining, translucency, texture, and other natural characteristics are expected and make each piece unique.

Orders & Custom Projects

Product specifications, dimensions, quantities, finishes, pricing, lead times, and other requirements will be confirmed before production where applicable. For custom, OEM, or project-based orders, production may begin only after the relevant specifications, pricing, and payment terms have been agreed upon.

Customers should carefully review and confirm drawings, dimensions, finishes, electrical requirements, and other specifications provided for approval. Changes requested after production has begun may result in additional costs or changes to the estimated production schedule.

Natural Material Variations

Alabaster is a natural material, and no two pieces are exactly alike. Variations in color, veining, translucency, texture, mineral patterns, and other natural characteristics are inherent to the stone and are not considered defects. Product photographs, samples, and renderings are intended as references and may not exactly represent the appearance of the finished product.

For projects requiring multiple pieces, we will make reasonable efforts to select and match materials according to the agreed project requirements. However, natural variations between individual pieces should be expected.

Pricing & Payment

Pricing

Prices may vary depending on product specifications, material selection, dimensions, quantities, finishes, customization requirements, and project scope. For custom, OEM, wholesale, or project-based orders, the final price will be based on the quotation or other written confirmation agreed upon between the customer and Pinyan Alabaster.

Payment

Payment terms will be specified in the applicable quotation, invoice, or order confirmation. Production of custom or project-based products may require a deposit or other agreed payment before production begins. Any remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment terms.

Production & Lead Times

Production and lead times vary depending on product specifications, order quantity, material availability, customization requirements, and project complexity. Any estimated production or delivery dates provided are based on the information available at the time of confirmation and are estimates unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For custom, OEM, or project-based orders, the production schedule generally begins after the required specifications have been confirmed and any agreed initial payment has been received. Changes to specifications, quantities, finishes, or other requirements after confirmation may affect the production schedule.

Shipping and delivery times are separate from production lead times and may be affected by carriers, customs clearance, port conditions, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping methods, freight costs, delivery terms, and responsibilities will depend on the destination, order type, and the terms agreed for each order. For wholesale, custom, OEM, or project-based orders, applicable shipping terms will be stated in the quotation, invoice, or order confirmation where relevant.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. Any additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer may be charged to the customer where applicable.

International shipments may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, taxes, inspections, or other requirements in the destination country or region. The handling of such charges and requirements will depend on the shipping terms and other arrangements agreed for the specific order.

Returns, Cancellations & Custom Products

Returns and cancellations are subject to the applicable return and refund policy and, where relevant, the terms confirmed for the specific order.

Because custom, OEM, and project-specific products are made according to agreed specifications, cancellation, return, or refund arrangements may differ from those for standard products, particularly after production has begun. Any applicable solution will be determined based on the circumstances of the order, the agreed specifications, and the relevant order terms.

If you believe a product is defective, damaged, or does not conform to the confirmed specifications, please contact us promptly and provide relevant photographs, videos, or other supporting information so that we can review the issue and determine an appropriate solution.

Product Information & Specifications

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, dimensions, materials, finishes, colors, photographs, and other information as accurately as possible. However, minor differences may occur due to natural material variations, manufacturing processes, photography, lighting conditions, screen settings, or measurement methods.

For custom, OEM, wholesale, or project-based orders, the specifications confirmed in the applicable drawings, quotation, invoice, order confirmation, or other written agreement will take precedence over general information displayed on the website.

Customers should review and confirm product dimensions, specifications, installation requirements, electrical requirements, and intended applications before confirming an order. Where necessary, we will work with the customer to clarify relevant specifications and project requirements before production.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, product images, designs, and other materials created or owned by Pinyan Alabaster, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

For custom projects, customers are responsible for ensuring that drawings, designs, trademarks, logos, images, or other materials supplied to Pinyan Alabaster for production do not infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties.

Ownership and permitted use of project-specific drawings, molds, prototypes, designs, or other development materials may be subject to the terms agreed in writing for the relevant project.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pinyan Alabaster will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or from products or services supplied by us, except where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Products should be selected, installed, handled, and used appropriately for their intended application.
